ACA Oregon Fall Retreat

For our second annual fall retreat, we will have TWO residential buildings with meeting rooms.
Last year we filled nearly every bottom bunk in Hadley Hall dormitory. This year we have ALSO reserved the deluxe Pacific Woods Lodge (a longer walk to the dining hall) where each room has a private bath and a queen bed, for $40 more per person. (Details at twinrocks.org; click on the links “rental accommodations”, then “adult conference facilities”) You get to choose which accommodation you prefer.
Space is limited! We will urge you to reserve early when Registration begins in August. (Details will be at AcaOregon.com; sign up there now for notification of new information.)
Monday 5:30pm–6:45pm Step Working Group.
This group/meeting will be working the Steps together using ACA’s “Yellow Book.” It is being graciously hosted, in a very nice room, by a church approximately 10 blocks from the NW Portland Alano Club.
We began meeting formally to develop our group conscience on 3/17/2017—to foster a “safe container for our ACA work.” We began reading the opening pages form the Yellow Book on 4/3. The meeting will remain open for at least another two or three months.
Note: The church will be closed on 4/17 in observance of Easter. Please inquire about this meeting at either one of the regularly scheduled Saturday (Noon) or Monday (7pm) ACA meetings at the Alano Club for more details as you will likely find a direct contact there.
