This is an interactive workshop that explores how moving our bodies helps us connect to our true selves and unbury feelings inside us. Participants will stretch together, practice light, playful movements, and be prompted to share in a low stakes and spontaneous way about the thoughts and feelings arising for them. More details about Interplay can be found at www.interplay.org
or by emailing the Retreat Committee at email@example.com
They are hoping to find someone from Oregon willing to speak about their experience, strength, and hope.
The initial slot is for Wednesday, September 2nd, the share time is 20 minutes.
Other dates are also available, the first Wednesday of every month is altered into a speaker meeting.
Regardless, we would still love it if you joined us one of these Wednesdays!
